Zu Teil 1 kann ich nur sagen, gefiel mir etwas besser als der 2. Teil, letzterer war mir etwas zu trocken und emotionslos...SERAFINAS DOPPELTES SPIEL: Hier kann man ein wenig mehr Spannung erwarten und man erlebt eine lustige Verwechslung, obwohl ich mich das eine oder andere Mal gefragt habe, ob man wirklich so verpeilt sein kann, das man nicht merkt, dass man ein und dieselbe Person vor sich hat, gerade wenn man diese auch öfter geküsst hat? Auf jeden Fall gefiel mir hier der Familienzusammenhalt von Serafinas Familie und auch ihr Mut und ihr Hoffen, endlich die große Liebe zu finden. Am Ende war es mir etwas zu übertrieben, wie Lord Aldworth auf die Auflösung reagiert hat und das Ende war mir zu abrupt. Eben noch sauer und in ein paar kurzen Sätzen positive Reaktion auf den Heiratsantrag....ERFÜLLEN SIE MEINEN HERZENSWUNSCH: Nachdem Cecil, Charlottes Schwager nach seiner Verbannung in sein Zuhause zurückkehrt, hoch verschuldet und mit sehr zwielichtigen Freunden, geht es drunter und drüber. Da trifft es sich gut, dass Viscount Darton ein Auge auf sie hält, eigentlich war er nur auf der Suche nach einer passenden Schule für seine wilde 13 Jährige Tochter. Nach außen gibt er sich als Freund von Cecil, aber bald begreift Charlotte, dass er ihr nur aus ihrer schlimmen Lage helfen möchte. Hinzu kommt, dass sich Cecil auch noch auf Schmuggelgeschäfte einlässt...Wirklich spannend war es irgendwie nicht, da hat man als Leser doch etwas mehr erwartet, ein Ansatz war da, aber mehr auch nicht. Auch das Verhältnis zwischen Charlotte und Darton war mir zu trocken und mich haben auch die ewigen Anschuldigungen von Charlotte gestört, ständig hat sie ihm etwas vorgeworfen und im nächsten Moment x-Mal entschuldigt. Das war wirklich nervig, genauso wie sich beide immer Gedanken über den anderen gemacht haben, aber jeder was anderes von dem Gegenüber dachte, statt einfach mal zu fragen.. Auch am Schluss war es für mich nicht ganz rund, zu abrupt- nette Idee beider Geschichten, aber die Umsetzung hat mich leider nicht so ganz überzeugt und abgeholt...
